Detroit-Style Pizza Maker
As our Pizza Maker, you'll be the heart of everything we do. You'll prepare and bake our signature Detroit-style pies using our house-made dough, premium sauces, and fresh toppings. Precision, speed, and passion are a must in our high-energy kitchen.
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with positive attitude
Front of House Team Member
You'll be the face of Via 313, welcoming guests, taking orders, running food, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and hospitality turn first-time visitors into lifelong regulars.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy dining environment
- Weekend and evening availability required
Shift Supervisor
Lead a shift like a pro. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, coach team members, ensure food quality standards, and create a positive environment for both staff and guests. This is a key leadership role with real growth potential.
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
- Food Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
Delivery Driver
Get paid to drive great pizza around Austin. Our Delivery Drivers are the final link between our kitchen and our hungry customers. You'll earn a base hourly rate plus tips, with mileage reimbursement included.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Familiarity with Austin streets and neighborhoods
- Friendly, professional demeanor — you represent Via 313 at every door
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help us tell the Via 313 story online. You'll manage our social media channels, create content that makes people hungry, coordinate promotions, and work closely with the ownership team to grow our brand both locally and nationally.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for a brand or business
- Basic photography and video editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style content)
- Strong writing skills with a fun, authentic voice
- Passion for food, Austin culture, and community storytelling
